Raw Juice Therapy: Bad Breath (Halitosis)

Bad breath is a dental and embarassing social problem afflicting many people worldwide. If left untreated, it affects self-esteem and damages career prospects.
It is mainly caused by bacteria at the back of your tongue, in between teeth and gum and below the surfcae of gumline.
Other causes of bad breath:
Ill-fitting dentures or not cleaned regluarly can harbour ordor-causing bacturia and foood particles.
Eating certain foods and spices containing volatile oils (garlic, onion).
Ensure that any infections of the chest, nose, mouth and throat is treated. Sinus infections, kidney failure, lung abscess, chronic reflux of stomach acid (GERD) can produce a distinctive breath.
Severe dieters may develop unpleasant breath from ketoacidosis. Have a healthy breakfast to stimulate saliva production helps quell morning breath. Heavy alcohol consumption dries the mouth and smoking encourages bad breath. A dry mouth enables dead cells to accumulate on gums, tongue and cheeks.
Lemon juice in warm water on rising and one of the juices below:
Carrot,spinach, cucumber
Apple
Apple, celery
Carrot, celery
Take enough fiber to keep the bowels active.
