There are days I wake up feeling listless, not wanting to move or do anything at all..I feel sick but not that kind of sick that you need to be completely resting in bed..Somehow I just can't put my finger on the cause of my fatigue.
My grandpa who is a famous herbalist in traditional chinese medicine taught me over the years to look at the tell tale signs my body is signalling. Nature has its way to talk to us be it an occasional pimple or fever.
Let me share with you some snippets now (in future posts as we move along) and hopefully help you rev up your internal engine and get it roaring in no time...
If you spot a pimple:
Forehead: Poor circulation, insufficient sleep. Drink more water and have enough sleep.
In between brows: Anxiety, worry. Avoid strenuous exercises, ciggie, alcohol and spicy food.
Temples: Too much processed food and stress.
Tip of nose: Poor digestion. Avoid cold food.
Side of nose: Reproductive system.
Bridge of nose: Spinal ailments.
Right side of face: Respiratory system. Avoid mangoes, yam, seafood.
Left side of face: Liver.
Chin: Hormonal imbalance, irregular menstruation. Avoid cold food.
Lip area: Constipation. Have fiber rich diet.
