A good dose of Vitamin C about 2g every 3 hours is recommended. Try juices of citrus fruits such as lemon, orange, pineapple and grapefruit.
If you're taking lemon juice, always dilute with water. You may like to add a little honey for sweeter taste. Choose firm, bright coloured ones.

Blackcurrant
Broccoli
Guava
Rose hip
Green pepper
Horseradish
