Raw Juice Therapy: Acne

Cut down on saturated fats, cream, chocolate and full fat milk.
Juices to try:
Carrot
Carrot, spinach, lettuce
Carrot, spinach
Asparagus
Carrot provides the most important basic juice. The yellow colour is due to carotene also known as pro vitamin A. As a general rule, early carrots are pale and low in carotene. Because carotene is not water soluble, but fat soluble, there's not much deterioration in vitamin content on storage. However, always choose fresh, firm roots. Nursing mothers are advised to take carrot juice throughout lactation for good quality of breast milk. A good sized carrot about 200g will meet your minimum requirement of Vitamin A at a skinny 5o calories.
