Raw Juice Therapy: Anaemia

Simple anaemia often occurs with many women of child bearing age. The absorption of iron is greatly improved by the presence of vitamin C, women need about 15mg. It is recommended to have regular mixture of carrot, spinach and tomato juice.
Other fruit and vegetable sources of iron includes:
Parsley
Spinach
Watercress
Passion fruit
