Raw Juice Therapy: Constipation

Constipation itself is not a disease but rather a symptom of poor health condition mainly caused by wrong eating habits. If left untreated, it can lead to other serious health problems.
Make sure your diet has enough plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. When increasing fiber intake, do it gradually as a high fiber diet may produce gas and stomach discomfort. Also, drink lots of water to soften stools.
Never ignore the urge to have a bowel movement.
Exercise puts pressure on intestine muscles resulting in muscle contraction and relaxation which in turn helps in easy passing of motion.
Take potato juice 350ml upon rising, on an empty stomach. It helps prevent fermentation of intestines and encourage the growth of friendly bacteria in the digestive tract.

Carrot, spinach
Carrot, apple
