Raw Juice Therapy: Indigestion

The main symptom of indigestion is a feeling of discomfort in the chest, fullness in the stomach or belching after meals.
To relieve indigestion, take juices of:
Cabbage
Papaya
Pineapple
Carrot, beetroot, lettuce
Juice 2 lemons in a mug of warm water with a little honey
Try eating slowly and chew food well. Don't drink any beverage while eating. Liquids dilute stomach juices needed for digestion.
