Raw Juice Therapy: Tired eyes

With so many of us spending long hours in front of computer and television everyday, it's no surprise that we suffer from visual fatigue. What can you do to maintain good eye health?
Use any of the Vitamin A juices listed:
Papaya
Carrot, celery, spinach
Carrot, celery
Fennel, carrot
Carrot, apple
Other sources of Vitamin A include apricots, mangoes, sweet potatoes, zucchinis
To refresh tired eyes, simply cup your hands and place palms over eyes not pressing your eyeballs. Feel the warmth radiating from your hands and relax.
Blink several times to relieve discomfort from dry eyes. With your eyes closed, roll your eyeballs both clockwise and anti-clockwise for a good eye workout.
Always remember the 20/20 rule..every 20 mins take a 20 secs break and focus your eyes at something at least 20 feet away.
